Struan is the firm's Managing Director and has worked at Purdie & Co since we opened in 1998. He is a solicitor and has been assisting clients in buying and selling houses in and around Edinburgh since 1989.
Gosia joined the firm in 2020 as a Director and practicing solicitor. She completed her legal studies in Poland, before qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland. Gosia has a wealth of experience in conveyancing, but also speaks a number of different languages, including Polish.
Nicki joined the firm in 2003 and co-ordinates our Property Sales department as our Senior Property Manager. Nicki can advise you on the local market, arranging your marketing and supporting you through the process from initial valuation to acceptance of an offer.
Deborah joined the firm in 2021 as part of our legal team, bringing years of conveyancing experience across the Lothians and Fife. Deborah will take you through the steps of your sale or purchase with her calm and kind manner.
Nicky is one of Purdie & Co's longest serving members of staff and has been with the firm since it first opened its doors in 1998, carrying out work as a legal secretary. Nicky also runs our reception desk with Cherise Wood.
Pat joined Purdie & Co in 2014, having worked previously in Edinburgh firms. She brings considerable legal secretarial experience to the firm. Pat can also assist with any general or property enquiries when you contact the office.
Cherise joined Purdie & Co in 2011 and is an experienced legal secretary with many years in the role. Cherise normally helps run the reception desk along with Nicky Gibson and can assist with any general or property enquiries.
